Vertical platform lifts provide a safe, reliable means of access from one level to another. The smaller space requirement, approximately 5’ x 5’, allows for efficient use of the floor space in comparison to other methods of access such as a ramp.

Vertical lifts utilize a dedicated power circuit for supply. And have battery back up systems for emergency use.

The platform is 36” wide and has depth options of 48”, 54” and 60”.

Residential elevators can be installed to access various levels of the home. Once installed, a standard interior door can fully conceal the elevator. Careful consideration must be made as to placement of the unit with regard to the routing of existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. A hoist way is constructed to house the unit. In addition, a concrete pit will be installed at the lower level to accommodate the units mechanical system.
