| Remodeling a bathroom offers many choices in wall and floor finish, cabinet styles and fixtures. Here, the floor and portion
of walls are tiled along with inlayed accents. Dual sinks have been installed as well as additional storage. |

| Roll in showers allow wheelchair or shower chair access. The floor can be dropped and tiled so that no threshhold exists as a barrier. Another option is to set up a modular roll in unit up to 5' x 5'. For those individuals who need assistance with transfers and are still ambulatory, a modular bath tub unit with built in transfer bench may provide the solution. |

| Basement. |
| Basements can provide additional space for entertainment and living quarters as well as storage. This project included a custom oak wet bar, dedicated area for the pool table and a nice space to watch and listen to media. In addition, there is another bedroom and playroom behind the entertainment center. |

| Some barrier free applications require in installation of an incline wheelchair lift to access the lower level. The lift installation in this project allows the client to enjoy the entertainment center created in the basement. An emergency egress window has been installed for safety. |

controls in both hard wired and wireless. Power is required at the site location,
